Information, Rules & Guidelines For Stall Holders
Trading hours:
The festival will begin at 4.30pm Friday and will finish at 10:00pm Sunday, however we expect quite a few campers to start arriving on Wednesday and Thursday. Stall holders may wish to take advantage of this and are welcome to set up any time from midday Thursday.
On Friday, towing vehicles must be removed from the oval by 3pm. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, there will be no vehicle movement allowed after 9am.
Following the festival, all sites are to be cleared by 2:00pm Tuesday.
Festival Stall Site Prices:
There is a single size stall site of 6m x 6m. Each site includes 2 x full festival tickets. You are expected to provide services for the duration of the event, from Friday afternoon through to Sunday night, unless by prior arrangement. Site fees for the weekend is $180. Extra staff for stall holders will be required to purchase tickets at concession prices.
Guidelines:
Stall holders must have current public liability insurance.
Stall holders may camp free of charge.
Stall holders should have appropriate safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, etc
No open fires are allowed within the festival or camping sites.
Banned Items:
Firearms, Fireworks, Pyrotechnics, explosives and illegal substances are banned from the festival area.
Possession, sale or use of any banned items will result in instant expulsion from the festival, and a report will be submitted to the relevant authorities.
