Festival Site Camping

If you really want to get the feel of the festival this is the way to go. We expect that the camping area jam sessions will develop into a most enjoyable feature of the weekend.

Around 100 campsites suitable for tents, swags, camper vans, camping trailers or caravans are available at the festival site from midday Thursday to midday Tuesday.

Standard site 8m x 8m $45 Per site for the duration (Thur – Tue) ~ Suitable for caravans & large tents.

In the event of a sellout, sites will be allocated in the order that bookings were received (ie. first in, first served). Water is available at the club rooms. Showers & toilets are available at the club rooms. Unpowered sites only. No water connected to sites. No waste water disposal facilities on sites (bucket ok). Accommodation, (including guy ropes & pegs) car and all possessions must be contained within the allocated site. No open fires allowed on sites (still in fire season). Keep noise to a dull roar.

We have no idea how many visitors will be choosing this option so early bookings are recommended.

A Note Concerning Dogs:
We all love dogs and naturally you love yours most of all. . . and that’s the way it should be. However, at our 2022 Festival we had many instances of dogs running free and a couple of dog/dog and dog/human incidents as well as a few cases of Dog Poo On The Shoe.

After vigorous debate, we have decided to allow dogs at the 2023 festival under the following conditions:

Dogs must be restrained at all times whilst on the festival or camping grounds including your camp site.
Dogs must be kept away from the food service and consumption areas.
Dogs are not allowed in any undercover area or among the festival audience at any of the stages.
CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG!

Any further dog/dog or dog/human incidents will result in the owners being asked to leave the festival and a total ban on dogs at future festivals.
